All orders taking approx. 2-3 weeks manufacturing time before shipping. You will receive an automated e-mail with a delivery confirmation number when your items ships.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of payment. Due to the fact that these items are not mass produced and all supplies are ordered at the time of your purchase, we DO NOT cancel orders after your order has been placed.
Because our items are custom made for you, we can not accept any returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Due to the fact that our products are not mass produced, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.
If your product needs to be altered, we do offer alterations at the cost of $8 per piece as well as shipping both ways.
Should you need to send us back any item that is a fault on our part, we will cover your shipping cost for USPS First Class Mail ONLY. We can not refund for Priority, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Monogram Information
We ask for a full name so that we can arrange the initials in the correct order if you choose initials for the monogram. If you only enter initials, you item will come with the initials in the exact order that you type them. If you choose a name, you will only receive the first name. Your monogram choices are inititals or 1 name. We can add additional names at an additional charge of $5 per name. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to add additional names to your order.
