Please note: If you are having an order shipped internationally, you must choose international shipping at checkout and shipping charges will be added to your order before shipping. By submitting your order, you agree to all shipping charges being charged to your credit card.

Payment is due at the time your order is placed. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of payment. Due to the fact that these items are not mass produced and all supplies are ordered at the time of your purchase, we DO NOT cancel orders after your order has been placed. Any credit card charges will be paid to Lollipops And Gumdrops.

Return Policy

Because our items are custom made for you, we can not accept any returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Due to the fact that our products are not mass produced, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.

If your product needs to be altered, we do offer alterations at the cost of $8 per piece as well as shipping both ways.

Should you need to send us back any item that is a fault on our part, we will cover your shipping cost for USPS First Class Mail ONLY. We can not refund for Priority, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Shipping

All orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to process and 1 week for shipping. If you need your order sooner, you can choose the Rush Processing shipping method at checkout. There will be a $30 charge per order and a $5 charge per item which includes shipping. There will not be an additional shipping charge. If you choose this option, please indicate the date that you need your order. If you do not choose Rush Processing as your shipping method, your item will not be guaranteed to ship sooner than 2-3 weeks.

If you do not need your item to be shipped sooner than 2-3 weeks, choose the First Class Mail option at checkout. Please contact us with any questions or to add insurance to your order.

Monogram Information

We ask for a full name so that we can arrange the initials in the correct order if you choose initials for the monogram. If you only enter initials, you item will come with the initials in the exact order that you type them. If you choose a name, you will only receive the first name. Your monogram choices are inititals or 1 name. We can add additional names at an additional charge of $5 per name. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to add additional names to your order.
